Neil Cameron was excellent. I have struggled for years to get cover due to type 2 diabetes but Neil expertly advised me on products and the application process and got me an offer that was more than acceptable. Jess was amazing - it can be a little embarrassing when you're listing your health issues but she was so friendly and easy to talk to. The process was super easy and that was down to Jess being so fab! Thanks Jess for finding me a policy covering everything I wanted, its one less thing to worry about.

Could not recommend The Insurance Surgery enough! Suzie provided an amazing service, I had been trying to get cover for years and nobody would provide me with life insurance due to my past medical history. Suzie managed to find my husband and I quotes and have them set up within 2 days. Suzie even managed to find cover for my husband at a much cheaper rate than he been quoted on comparison sites. I dealt with Julie, who was friendly and knowledgeable all the way through the process. I have had an organ transplant and so found it virtually impossible to get any cover. Julie worked with me and although the process took some time, got it all sorted for me. If you are struggling to get cover due to pre existing health conditions then I cannot recommend them enough.

Great customer service from Alex Worthington today. I found The Insurance Surgery suggested on Mind's website among others (after being turned down for life insurance before), and it was definitely the best for life insurance out of all the suggestions on there. What can i say? Absolutely fantastic service from the first interaction, to the last. For those that have medical conditions, im sure will know how hard it must be to find insurance. I heard about The insurance Surgery, and spoke Alex, who was very professional, and assured me they will find the right insurance for me and not to worry.
