If you already have a fleet rated policy, we will require a copy of the current schedule of vehicles and a copy of the current insurers' Claims Experience in order to obtain a quotation.
These may be scanned & emailed or faxed to this office along with your company name, address, occupation, telephone number and contact name.
If this is a new venture, or if your vehicles have previously been individually insured, please complete the vehicle details below.

Normally, a quotation for this type of cover requires the completion of a 6 - 8 page document, however we are now usually able to obtain an indication of premium following the completion of the following document, along with copies of corporate brochures/leaflets (where available) and copies of all principals/partners/directors C.V.'s in respect of new start-up companies.
Word or similar word processor documents may be sent as attachments by email or may be faxed to this office.
Additional information or documentation may be required if the quotation is to be taken up.
