My experience with KDH has been seamless.
Promptly after calling VL= (their car insurance provider) after a car crash, I received a text from a local repair centre.
They immediately arranged for pick up and return of the car at my home address.
A courtesy car was delivered and my car picked up the next day.
Repair was completed in time and was impeccable.
Payments were arranged by the insurer, I simply had to pay compulsory excess at delivery.
