Our Claims Department deals with claims under a delegated authority agreement from our Insurer Partners. Our Underwriting Team has a wealth of experience when dealing with broker enquiries regarding any of our current insurance products.

Specialising in Motor Trade insurance, our product is sold through a nationwide network of independent insurance brokers.
We have a track record dating from 1994, and are successful in providing a standard of service that is second to none.
Our no frills approach to business is based on our belief that insurance is, first and foremost, about people.
We aim to make life less complicated, to put the business to bed and get the documentation out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Tradewise will continue to provide the high standard of customer service you have become accustom to over the years and as always our teams are here to assist you with any underwriting or administrative, claims or compliance and credit control issues you may have.
Tradewise insurance policies are sold though a nationwide network of independent insurance brokers.
We are not a broker and do not sell insurance directly to the general public.
Our Claims Department deals with claims on a delegated authority from our Insurer Partners.
The department's role is to validate and negotiate new and existing claims in accordance with high standards of customer service and industry guidelines.
We carry out detailed and in depth indemnity checks, exhausting all avenues of enquiry to ensure that claims are handled as fairly and speedily as possible.
Our team of experienced handlers and administrators are responsible for receiving notification and setting up all incoming claims from policyholders, brokers and third parties.

All incidents, no matter how minor they may seem, should be reported immediately, without delay, to the Claims Department at Tradewise Insurance Services on 0800 2055513.
Relevant advice will then be given to the Policyholder as to how their claim will be dealt with.
In the event of a claim all discounts will be disallowed until such time as the file is closed and we are satisfied that no payments will be made by ourselves.
The invoice and debit note are sent out.
Your monthly account is debited and is payable 30 days from the month end of that statement.
If the invoice is disputed it should be queried upon receipt.
Payment of the account before month end will enable your next statement to be rendered completely up-to-date.
