Our philosophy has always been to try and give a very high level of service and to try and understand the needs of our customers.
Insurance can be confusing and our aim is to try and simplify and fully explain the process no matter what type of insurance the customer is looking for. We feel that our key to success is the fact that we take the time to get to know our customers and this can be proven by the amount new business that we obtain through referrals and by how much existing business we retain when the policy is due for renewal.

Guy first started his career in Insurance by working for an Independent Broker in Chesterfield at the age of 19.
He then moved to Baslow Insurance and has been working there ever since.
Guy mainly focuses on motor insurance from single cars to company fleets and all aspects of Commercial Insurance from retail packages to Professional Indemnity.
He is confident that he can find a solution to most queries and is happy to deal with customers old and new.
Since leaving College, after obtaining a Diploma in Business Studies, Rachel has worked all her life in the Finance/Insurance Sector.
He then moved to Baslow Insurance and has been working there ever since.
